Hi! I’m Renee Anna Dunn (get it?!), and I’m here to help you take your fitness and strength journey to the next level.

Whether I’m assessing your squat form, tailoring your remote programming, or pushing you through a challenging training session, I love to hone in on the details that will propel you forward.

Through over 13 years in the fitness industry (alongside 8+ years building my company, Amäzi Foods), I’ve taken a non traditional path…

From starting a student-run group-fitness organization in college, to teaching & managing at a power yoga studio, to becoming Lead Trainer at DC’s 4x voted Best Gym - MADabolic - I coach from a dynamic lens and I’ve worked with folks of all different bodies, levels, and backgrounds.

With this interdisciplinary skillset, I love helping others put together the ideal training puzzle for them. Connecting the dots has always been my strength; not just as a fitness instructor, but also as an entrepreneur.

I’m a creator, collaborator, and dynamic partner, who loves nothing more than seeing you get better, stronger, and closer to your goals.

Who is she?! A Sagittarius, seeker, optimist, co-creator, mobilizer, coach, absolute goober, and entrepreneur. A self-proclaimed woo-woo meathead. Lover of kettlebells and a solid therapy session at the squat rack. A movement nerd, always seeking to elevate my clients and myself.
